on arrival days (28th and 29th December) buffet dinner available from 16:00 to 19:00

Additional information:

1. Children up to 4 years old (without services and separate sleeping place) - FREE

2. Prices do not include the local tax collected for the Wisła municipality (3 PLN / day / person)

3. Room reservation is not guaranteed until a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the stay value is paid.

Dzieci w wieku do dnia 4 urodzin nocują bezpłatnie, jeżeli śpią na łóżku rodziców. Opłaty za pobyt dzieci w wieku 4-11 lat są rabatowane - sprawdź cenę w systemie rezerwacyjnym. Dzieci od dnia 12 urodzin są liczone jako pełnopłatne.

Pets policy

Zwierzęta są akceptowane - Opłata za pobyt zwierzęcia to 70,00 zł / dobę w przypadku pobytu na jedną dobę lub jednorazowo 120,00 zł w przypadku pobytów na 2 i więcej nocy.

Cancellation terms and conditions

Do złożenia rezerwacji wymagana jest wpłata 30% zadatku za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online (szybki przelew lub karta kredytowa) lub przelewem tradycyjnym na konto hotelu. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji bądź niepojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu, Hotel zastrzega sobie prawo do zachowania wartości wpłaconego zadatku, nie jest on zwracany. W przypadku niemożności zrealizowania pobytu z uwagi na restrykcje rządowe zadatek zostanie zwrócony.
